Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding withdrawal verification requirements. Self-Exclusion

In cases of account closure due to player breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and may ultimately be forfeited if the breach is confirmed.

haji bdt's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. haji bdt makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of its services for any particular purpose beyond entertainment.

haji bdt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from gambling decisions; technical failures, interruptions, or data loss; unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials; or actions of third-party payment providers.

In no event shall haji bdt's total aggregate liability to any individual player exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their haji bdt account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any withdrawals made during the same period.

haji bdt is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from your winnings in your jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on gambling winnings under the laws of their own country or region.

Intellectual Property
